The role
As the clinical and operational leader of the organization, you will bridge clinical research expertise and technology development while building the company's operational infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Clinical Operations Leadership — define operational strategy, establish best practices, build scalable clinical workflows, and guide operational decision-making.
- Product Development Input — provide real-world workflow expertise, help prioritize platform features, identify operational inefficiencies, and assist in pilot program design.
- Network Development — recruit and build relationships with CRAs, establish contractor networks, and identify future operational talent.
- Business Development Support — assist with sponsor relationships, provide industry credibility, and help identify market opportunities.
- Pilot Program Leadership — participate in early platform testing, provide feedback and recommendations, and help validate real-world use cases.
The ideal candidate
- Clinical trial experience with a CRA, Clinical Operations, or Project Management background.
- Strong understanding of clinical research workflows.
- An independent, entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in technology and innovation.
- A desire to help build something meaningful.
Preferred backgrounds include Independent CRA, Senior CRA, Clinical Operations Manager, Clinical Project Manager, or former CRO leadership.
